-During the next couple of days please review your scripts

Set:

-1 platform lock needs to be redone

Costumes:

-Paul (Marcellus) striped shirt has a rip on the right sleeve.

Lights:

-Cues 1.1, 4.7, 8.9, 11.5, 34.4: Ron or Dylan, can we eliminate these? They are not being used.

Sound/Music:

Props:

-Need masking on Shinn's podium so the flag doesn't show

Dance:

-Shipoopi: Thank you Emma for filling in and teens for accommodating!

Accident/Incident:

-Logan pulled right shoulder because he was laying on a platform during library and he rolled off to get out of the way.

-Michaela had some back pain before the show, and danced Marian the Librarian…she bent over and felt severe pressure starting in her lower back. Thinks she possibly pulled a muscle

-GREAT opening night everyone, it looked wonderful and I heard a lot of positive reviews!

-Mutz hit his nose on a bleacher (during black out) when he was trying to lock the platforms. He cleaned it up and went on stage, didn't find out until after the performance.

Music Man Rehearsal Report 9.26.13

HAPPY OPENING EVERYONE! Tonight's the night to show off all of our creativity, hard work and dedication. I am extremely proud of how far we've come!

Just a couple of IMPORTANT NOTES ;)

-Parents, please make sure that the kids/pre-teens in the band have their hair up under the hats for the end of the show

-ADULTS AND TEENS: There is a clean up schedule next to the sign in sheet, please review it and make sure it is getting done, thank you!!

-KIDS AND PRE-TEENS: There is a clean up sheet in the PEPC on the wall, please look it over with your parents

-I heard there was less congestion in the wings, THANK YOU!

Hi everyone! Again, THANK YOU for all of your hard work and dedication on this production. This show really looks amazing and I am so proud of how far we've come and where we stand. Let's keep up the fantastic work, support each other and continue to communicate.

With that said, here are a couple of IMPORTANT NOTES:

-Starting on Tuesday, cast and crew must be backstage at all times. House will not be open.

-FULL DRESS begins on Tuesday: full makeup, hair (ladies, wigs will be available), costumes, etc

-No gum on stage

Music Man Rehearsal Report 9.18.13 (IMPORTANT NOTES PLEASE READ!)

IMPORTANT NOTES:

-For those of you who were in and out of rehearsal tonight because you only had one song, we REALLY appreciate you being present.

-Beginning tomorrow, you will not be allowed to use any type of device ex) iPhone, iPad, DS, etc. We need to get into the habit of not using these because it's very distracting and not a good excuse of why you missed a cue, line, song, etc. I understand if you need to use it to keep in touch with your family, so just let me know ahead of time. Bring a book, homework, small game. Thanks for understanding.

-Reminder: Mics begin tomorrow, see email I sent yesterday with sign up sheet

-Dressing rooms will be assigned by Saturday. Teens and all adults are in the dressing rooms which will probably spill into the green room. Pre-teens and kids are in the PEPC.

-Kate and Brandy are the alpha parents and we are assigning parent volunteers for each tech rehearsal and performance. Pre-teens and kids, please listen to them and report to them if you have a concern.
