Music Man Rehearsal Report 9.26.13

HAPPY OPENING EVERYONE! Tonight's the night to show off all of our creativity, hard work and dedication. I am extremely proud of how far we've come!

Just a couple of IMPORTANT NOTES ;)

-Parents, please make sure that the kids/pre-teens in the band have their hair up under the hats for the end of the show

-ADULTS AND TEENS: There is a clean up schedule next to the sign in sheet, please review it and make sure it is getting done, thank you!!

-KIDS AND PRE-TEENS: There is a clean up sheet in the PEPC on the wall, please look it over with your parents

-I heard there was less congestion in the wings, THANK YOU!

Sets:   -platform lock busted -fixing footbridge	Costumes: Nothing to Report
Lights: -Telisa (Spot #2) intensity of her spot cues..Dylan was it ok last night? -Blues will now stay on for entire show -4.7, 8.9 Cues, not sure what these cues are for? -Chasing Harold scene: Michelle will make sure the balcony and stair lights are on -Cast start singing Columbia, then light cue (Michelle note) -Need a B.O. before curtain call begins	Sound/Music: - all music needs to be louder
Props: -Need LARGE marshmallows	Dance: Nothing to Report
Blocking: -After Rock Island, the men who are helping the crew with striking the train seats: Art, Michael, David W., Brice   -Luci and Caroline to move pivot walls pre-Iowa Stubborn -Pick a little ladies, please move faster in Act 2 after the Reprise…go behind the pivots on both sides, do not all exit on one side thanks J -Piano and bench will be preset during intermission for top of Act 2
