Music Man Rehearsal Report 9.18.13 (IMPORTANT NOTES PLEASE READ!)

IMPORTANT NOTES:

-For those of you who were in and out of rehearsal tonight because you only had one song, we REALLY appreciate you being present.

-Beginning tomorrow, you will not be allowed to use any type of device ex) iPhone, iPad, DS, etc. We need to get into the habit of not using these because it's very distracting and not a good excuse of why you missed a cue, line, song, etc. I understand if you need to use it to keep in touch with your family, so just let me know ahead of time. Bring a book, homework, small game. Thanks for understanding.

-Reminder: Mics begin tomorrow, see email I sent yesterday with sign up sheet

-Dressing rooms will be assigned by Saturday. Teens and all adults are in the dressing rooms which will probably spill into the green room. Pre-teens and kids are in the PEPC.

-Kate and Brandy are the alpha parents and we are assigning parent volunteers for each tech rehearsal and performance. Pre-teens and kids, please listen to them and report to them if you have a concern.

Worked: Start: 7:05pm Break: X End:  8:10pm Vocal Review – Sitzprobe Act 2	Notes: Cast in Attendance: whoever sings in Act 2
Sets: -Harold needs a small stool to sit on in train, his back is to the audience -Hotel: needs more security on all 3 pieces…can they be braced? -Discuss bleacher platforms with ASM or SM. Will need some type of handles on then. -Quartet needs 1 chair each for when they sit in gym -Look at platform breaks with ASM or SM -Mayor Shinn podium built yet? -Trap door: DS Left side, a piece of the frame has come off and needs to be repaired before the floor gets painted.
