| Sets: -to do: create handles on back of piano, locks on platforms ;) -In the script it notes that Marian's porch has a sign on it that says Piano Given…are we creating this sign? -Paroo porch: add locks to interior

| Lights: -Light stairs (kids march to stairs halfway up) - need a floral gobo to place SL on stairs, Mary Ellen has more info on this | Sound/Music: Nothing to Report | |
| Props: -Items to put in the wagon for Harold to distribute -Pitchfork for farmer -conductor's baton -bag of marshmallows -10 small to medium book -jar of worms -Harold needs a stick every night because he pretends it's a baton and then breaks it | Dance: Nothing to Report | |
| Blocking: -Marian the Librarian: please put the foam books on the book shelves only, don't place them on Marian's desk -a BIG thank you to the cast who is helping with moving set pcs.!!

Tuesday, Sept. 24th @ 6:00pm-11pm in theater 6pm, Pick-a-Little Ladies Called 6:30pm, Pre- Show warm ups Called All Cast and Crew: When you arrive, please put your belongings in your dressing room, grab your mic if you have one and head to the main stage. DANCE warm ups first, followed by VOCAL warm ups (with your mic on). THEN I will let you know it's time to get into your costumes. 7:30pm, FULL DRESS Rehearsal
